Today my friends and I went here. We ordered 3 number 19 soups. One of my friends found a bug in the soup. We then checked the other soups and there was 3 bugs in there. The lady kept telling us it was a basil leaf seed. The basil leaf “seed” had red eyes, wings and legs. She was extremely rude to us. She started yelling at us infront of other customers. We did get a refund but she made it extremely hard to do so. Needless to say we will never be going back there.

Went for dinner on a chilly rainy summer evening and had an absolutely wonderful meal! The food was fantastic…I got the big bowl of beef pho and my boyfriend got the one with flank…both were out of this world! My boyfriend asked if it’d be weird if he ordered just the broth to sip from a coffee cup on a cold day ?. We also split the pork bahn mi which was also delicious. Our server, Adrian, was very attentive and kind. We look forward to coming back again very soon!

My boyfriend and I were hungry and randomly decided on Phantasia - it was SO GOOD!!!! I’ve never had a banh mi before and I was not disappointed. Every single dish was packed with flavor and we will DEFINITELY be going back. Don’t sleep on it!!!!

Just sat in the parking lot and studied the menu for 20 minutes walked in sat down at the bar was asked what can ii get you ordered something off the website menu only to.be told that, we don't have that we stopped that menu 2 years ago if you.want to order something to.go I'll take it by the door I just laid the menu on the bar and left. Very disappointed because I love Vietnamese cuisine but I don't think this establishment is concerned with that . Uts to bad they won't see this because they obviously aren't checking their own website

I just got done eating a bowl of Pho #19 with the brisket. I feel like I’m in a fluffy cloud with a bunch of cute little baby bunnies To who’s reading this, this may not be your experience, but I will say In addition, my tum tum is so satisfied and I am feeling so comfy! The Pho was sooo flavorful and darn delicious it was a perfect! Cute little restaurant, so clean, friendly service! Oh and the Thai tea——> ???
Only reason my dealership orders from here instead of Daddy’s Noodle bar is for the Hot Chili Oil. Several times now we drive all the way from New London just to get lunch and they keep forgetting the oil.. Made a phone call just to be yelled at and say I’m crazy for being upset because they keep forgetting the chili Oil… SO RUDE. No one from the dealership will be back. Told us no one in the building drives but offers delivery
