Place has been a staple in the area. Typical pizza place food. Their pizza in my opinion is the best in the area. It’s a more traditional pizza not the Italian thin slices. Very consistent and I never had an issue with an order

This is by far my favorite pizza. Bacon Artichoke Spinach is such a fantastic combo. They make deep dish pizza with the cheese all the way to and over the edges of the crust. Even though I don't live near here anymore, I still think about how delicious it is. First time we tried Pizza Palace very good food good portions very good price pulled pork over mac and cheese was outstanding. Waiter was very good will do this place again next time we are in the area. Great

Their online menu is outdated! Placed an order expecting it to be about $20 and it was $30+. The person that took my order stated the online menu was invalid. I understand price increases but at least update your menu. As far as I'm concerned this is false advertising!
Food: Pizza was flat/no rise(old doe)The server never offered utensils and provided 1 small paper plate for my order of a small pizza and side order of fried clams.The atmosphere consisted of small families and a steady stream of pickup orders at their store front window.It's not a bad place. They just need to tighten somethings down.

Food was good. Dining in was horrible. Took an hour to get small pizza and two salads. There was only one other person in the dining room. We were told that our salad order didn’t get transferred to the salad station. Even after we were told this it still took awhile and we still ended up having to go up to the counter to ask about the salads. No sense of urgency here.

Salt and pepper shakers were sticky and nasty to touch. Food is good otherwise. They need waitresses or waiters. Not the dude with a hoodie on all the time.

DONE! This place sucks. The ordering pick up system is ridiculous. Food sucks. Service is ridiculous. Waited a half an hour for my small, regular grinder and small fries and when I asked them what was taking so long, they pulled some cold french fries out from behind the counter and hand them to me and clearly been done 20 minutes ago. They knew they forgot about them and just gave them to me anyways. Cold awful food. Service is pathetic clueless idiots that have no idea what’s going on. I wouldn’t tip them one penny I will never go there again and if you don’t want to be disappointed I would avoid it if I were you
