I had such a great experience at Pokemoto in Groton! The nicest girl helped me— she had colorful hair and a spider tattoo on her arm— and she was absolutely amazing. She went out of her way to check ingredients and make sure everything I picked was allergen-friendly. She was so kind, patient, and made me feel completely comfortable (and not like a bother at all!). Thank you to the coolest girl in there— you totally rock! 💜

I used to like this place when they first open. But over the years, the food has gone downhill. I recently ordered a custom pokebowl and the rice was mushy, and there was too much rice vinegar in the musubi, making it inedible. Online ordering and pickup were easy and fast, though. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Wonderful food! A quick fix if you want sushi, but not sushi. Also if you are looking for something quick to eat that's low fat or vegetarian, this place works! They're also quick if you're in a hurry for lunch.

Overall the food is good and fresh but I found it off putting that the chicken was served cold just like the fish, and the last time I went there were several topping options unavailable. Since they seem to have gotten rid of dull whip I honestly have no reason to go here anymore, but there's nothing really wrong with the place.
Food is absolutely delicious. A decent portion of fish. It's not a cheap meal however, by any means. It's pretty pricey. The young ladies at the counter used to be really friendly. I don't know what happened.

Our order was wrong when we got delivery and they offered no resolution despite it being their fault. However when we went in person the order was correct and the food was very good.

My bf and I ordered two bowls on Uber Eats and mine was made okay, but his was SEVERELY under filled and missing toppings. He got a large and I got a small, and his bowl had less food than my small bowl and didn’t have spicy mayo nor the masago (which is extra). Having worked in the food service/qsr industry for a few years, this is super disappointing. If you’re paying for a large bowl, you should get A LARGE BOWL, like it’s not that hard to understand and it’s not that hard to make sure all components of the bowl are there before putting the lid on. It’s upsetting that no one can actually do their job right. If you want it made right, you actually have to be in the building, guiding the employees by the hand and that’s pathetic.
