I’m not sure how hard it is to receive the correct order but it seems impossible with this location. Twice in the past 2 days I have ordered spicy tenders and made them repeat it to me twice to make sure it was spicy and they said it was. Only to leave and it be regular both times. They know what they are doing and being lazy. It’s so annoying and ridiculous.

We had the worst experience at this disgusting establishment. The chicken tenders were tiny, like chicken nuggets. A 5 peice barely covered the bottom of the box. Our two large sodas were completely flat. The beans and rice were way over seasoned. And the bill was 34$ for this terrible experience. Please save yourself the trouble of visiting popeyes Groton ct

Idk but I feel like my food was not fully cooked cause after eating the food me and my wife were sick 🤢. So who ever is cooking there needs a refresher course on cooking or not cook at all u could make someone horribly sick. I mean my wife had to leave work early cause she was throwing up and shit. Bad place don't recommend it if they can't even properly cook there chicken right.

This location used to be able to be counted on as good. As of late, horrible. The terrible response to mobile orders and the overall management of the kitchen and counter areas is horrible. I've put in a mobile order arrived a little past the time it was supposed to be ready and not even started. And then told i had to take spicy chicken in the place of the mild I had actually ordered. Total incompetency. The place needs new management and new workers.

Love this popeyes better then new london and groton I came through on Thursday.. Great service, I see that you brought back the young man with the glasses, love him he gives the best services... while I was waiting he had a KAREN INSIDE THE STORE and when I say he handle it with such great service It made me smile... you guys are awesome and your workers all of them are amazing...
