The customer service was terrible. We ordered online to pick up our order. We ordered popcorn shrimp and when my husband went to pick it up we find out they don't sell shrimp anymore. They didn't bother to contact me to let me know it's not offered anymore before he drove there. My husband tried to get a refund but they said everything had to be done from website. He called me and told me what happened. I called Popeyes and asked how do we fix this. They told me to cancel the order on the website and place a new order. I said that's impossible. I paid for the order and there was no way to cancel it...so they just took the replacement meals I asked for over the phone.
My husband expressed how inconvenient this was to the Popeyes crew member, and he played the victim "Oh...this is inconvenient for us too. We have to keep turning away customers that order the shrimp." No offer was made to make it up to us for the inconvenience like a free apple pie or something. When we got home, the order was wrong. They didn't label the spicy chicken for one order. My order was supposed to be 3 pieces of signature dark chicken which usually includes 2 drumsticks and a thigh...I got all drumsticks. This is the worse experience I ever had with a fast food restaurant.
We will NEVER go there again. I don't recommend going there, and if you're ordering online DON'T order any seafood.

Half my orders are prepared wrong or things are missing. long waits are common, esp for stuff like wings or tenders cus they never have any prepped. Customer service is subpar 9 times out of 10. someone PLEASE get these guys some training

This is the worst Popeyes. I waited 15 minutes in the drive through to place my order. The person taking my order said it would be 15-20 minutes additional wait for the Chicken. This was during dinner time. The worst part is they made no excuses, made no effort to make this right. I had to wait another 15 minutes to move through the drive through line before I could leave. How does this happen? I will never return to this Popeyes ever. Thanks Popeyes Groton for a truly rotten experience.

Grossest experience I’ve ever had at a Popeyes! I ordered online, got there and they forgot a biscuit so we had to go back, then got home and realized they forgot my side of mashed potatoes. As I was eating my chicken, I also found a hair in it.
The food was incredibly greasy and the Mac and cheese was half full and sitting in a grease puddle. Not worth it at all!!
