We had Rays Catering as the food truck for our event. They had a fabulous menu with a great variety of options. Ray and his crew were polite, professional and did a killer job serving the hundreds of customers that came through. No offer to make things right. And when I asked her what I should do, she hung up on me. Zero stars no recommendation at all.

Ray worked with me to come up with a perfect menu for an outside BBQ. We only needed meat because family was bringing salads. The ribs were a huge hit as were the buffalo and BBQ wings. Hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids but many adults enjoyed them as well. Thank you Ray!

Ray and the Ray's Catering team were absolutely fantastic in setting up for our open house event. The food was outstanding, and the wait staff was both kind and professional throughout the event. At the end, they efficiently broke everything down, tidied up, and packed everything for us, leaving the space spotless. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. As usual the delivery was prompt, Ray’s team set up quickly and of course the food was delicious with lots of positive comments from all our guests. Ray himself is a pleasure to deal with. He even dropped off the food on-location - and of course it was delicious! The chocolate chip cookies in particular were out of this world, people are still talking about them weeks later. Ray himself assisted me with table and venue planning which wasn't even part of his role but he went above and beyond to help me plan my wedding. I was able to take home all the leftovers and didn't have to cook dinner for over a week ! Such an amazing family and will be using them from now on for all my future catering needs

My guests could not stop raving about how delicious the food was. I ended up ordering too much food but there were certainly no left overs as guest's took plates home.
