We had Rays Catering as the food truck for our event. They had a fabulous menu with a great variety of options. Ray and his crew were polite, professional and did a killer job serving the hundreds of customers that came through. All of our guests complimented the delicious food provided by Ray’s Catering at an adult family birthday party of 75 people. Ray worked with me to come up with a perfect menu for an outside BBQ. We only needed meat because family was bringing salads. The ribs were a huge hit as were the buffalo and BBQ wings. Hamburgers and hot dogs for the kids but many adults enjoyed them as well. Thank you Ray!
