The Barista Ashley has terrible customer service skills. This person has a condescending and arrogant attitude towards the customers. I have been a customer at Starbucks for many years, and I visit the Groton location every morning. Upper management please reach out via email or message, I would like to share my experience. This Starbucks is always a long wait. Idk if they are short staffed or what, but I should not be waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes.

This is my go to Starbucks. If I am on the way home, I will choose to past other coffee shops to come here instead because I trust the service here. I started going for thier milk alternatives (lactose intolerant). I have been to other coffee chains that have put milk in my drink after I ordered non-dairy. Here I don't have that worry.
Dietary restrictions: On thier app or website, you can see the ingredients. And mostly likely if you ask they can provide you the information as well.
The help are very nice,but this is the second time my Pink Drink had ZERO strawberries. There is little to a Pink Drink to begin with,especially considering it is mostly ice & not cheap. The berries add flavor. After the first time with no berries,the next time I returned,I ordered a Pink Drink With Strawberries. I was told,"it comes with berries." I said,"I did not get any last time." Reply was,"we were out." If I ordered a milk shake(some where else)& got milk instead,that is not the same thing. A customer should be informed if they are out of an ingredient in your drink. They charge for every addition,but have no issue charging you for what you do not get. Today was the same,no strawberries again. I did not have time to inquire as to why. Disappointing ...

Barista was friendly but the coffee was awful! Starbucks in Mystic was closed. Drove to Groton. It was totally weak and way too much cream! Went back in asked them to dump some out and add more coffee. Still awful! Busy day-had to leave. Oh well! ?
