I called to see if they had the bear cups and before I could say anything the guy stated they were out of cups then hung up on me. I get that it's probably annoying, I used to be a SB barista, but I didnt deserve to be treated that way.

This morning we go in for a drink that we usually get It’s a mocha Frappuccino throughout the whole summer. We got this drink for. $8.60 three months later they tell us we’re getting two drinks for one price of one so now they want to charge us $20 for the same drink that we paid $8.63 for three months straight So we agreed to pay the price $20 for the drink and as it was being made, the manager comes running over so I’m gonna fit saying we can’t get that drink because it’s two drinks for one. She didn’t realize that we had paid $20 for that drink made a total fool out of herself. This is how they treat their customers will never be back very arrogant very childish very unprofessional.

I come to this Starbucks frequently and have never had an issue so far. Today I made a mobile order for a venti matcha with strawberry cold foam, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to drink it was that poorly made. the matcha was so clumpy, even after going home and trying to mix it i was still drinking straight clumps of matcha. There was also like no cold foam on the top of it. I usually wouldn’t have complained about this because im someone who works in food service and understands how difficult it is, but I paid $8.59 for the drink. The workers were friendly, I just wish the drink matched the energy.

The Barista Ashley has terrible customer service skills. This person has a condescending and arrogant attitude towards the customers. I have been a customer at Starbucks for many years, and I visit the Groton location every morning. Upper management please reach out via email or message, I would like to share my experience.
