Was surprised by how friendly the staff was. All working efficiently together and having fun doing it, it seemed. The place is clean and has ample, comfy seating. Good food and drink, too.
I come to this Starbucks frequently and have never had an issue so far. Today I made a mobile order for a venti matcha with strawberry cold foam, and unfortunately I wasn’t able to drink it was that poorly made. the matcha was so clumpy, even after going home and trying to mix it i was still drinking straight clumps of matcha. There was also like no cold foam on the top of it. I usually wouldn’t have complained about this because im someone who works in food service and understands...
Gwen waited on us at 3:38pm today, this Barista went above and beyond, was extremely friendly, and made our beverages with perfection!! Thank you Gwen!!!! The 5 stars are really for this Barista!!!
