i did a online app order to this location before i left home. took me about 8 minutes to arrive. i seen about 3 grub hub or uber eats drivers their waiting. so i waited. they left and more came and got there orders. so im getting a bit confused. 4 more came and left. its been about 10 minutes now. i tried to get someones attention but all the employees were ignoring everyone like there was no one there. they were even taking there time. at the 15 minute mark i finally got someones attention. my food was sitting off to the side at the drive through area for 9 minutes. no body even said my name or asked about it. i asked for a manager. it took her a bit to get there. i asked them to remake the food. they almost didnt want to and kept trying to come up with excuses like the next order before we can remake it is big. i told them thats fine as long as its hot. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE USELESS WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE! they priorities delivery drivers over the actual customer that payed for there overpriced food. all they did to try and make up for it was gave me a coupon for a free taco... thats not enough. YOU NEED NEW EMPLOYEES! this is a restaurant where customer service is kind of required. next time im just coming to this location and im gonna video how bad there service is and post it online. you people are a joke

Ordered from here twice, not going back. First time- burritos were burnt and the fries were so heavily seasoned. Both were inedible. Second time- gave me the wrong food.

Went to Groton location. First of all did not like they took the register person out to save money. My Order was messed up on kiosk which the shift incharge did not seem too happy about to remake it. Requested extra sauce iside quesadilla, did not look like they put extra sauce inside quesadilla nor gave me on side. Any way paid 17 n change for two items and drink. Usually I pay 14 n change at Chipotle and Moe's for one item and drink, and I still have left over food. Tacobell can not match quality/quantity of food to their rivals after paying that much. Bye Bye Taco Bell.

We figured that we would give this Taco Bell a try again since the last time we went. Every time that we go, they never have Baja blast and they messed our order up. I ordered the new dipper burritos, and instead, both of my burritos were smashed together. They gave me the wrong dipping sauce, and my Dorito taco was very mushy/ falling apart because the meat had been sitting for a while. We will definitely not be coming back to this Taco Bell

I go to this location every now and then always a ridiculously long wait for my little burrito that I order it's even worse when your DoorDashing staff always ignores customers they'll be on their phone then touching food and money without washing there hands or changing gloves which is a health hazard and is disgusting! Yesterday on 1/9/2025 I was picking up a door dash order and it was 2:00 a.m. The four employees that were on the clock were not in the store they were all in the parking lot in a vehicle getting high the one employee that came in was too messed up to even assist me so I just left extremely disappointed in Taco Bell management needs to get their employees in check He's
