As always, if you love tacos, than Taco Bell is the place to go. The food is good and you can expect it to taste the same each and every time. We did the drive through and it was quite fast, moved along smoothly. The prices are on the rise but overall five stars wins out.

I had the worst experience at this taco bell in Groton tonight I swear that I could not understand a word that came out of the employees mouth when I pull up come to find out that she was covered in piercings that was very unpleasant to and couldn't barley talk looked like she had her mouth done in piercings to me that's very unprofessional and I will not be returning to that restaurant ever again

i used to work here and its super ghetto and unsanitary at night but i think its under new management. I once came through the drive through and placed a 43 dollar order before pulling up to the window and them telling me they accidentally made my entire order twice but i can just take it, so i got 86 bucks of taco bell and only paid for 43 haha

Placed order at kiosk that was completely ignored. Sat in dining room for 25 minutes while our food was not prepared. Watched several customers go through drive thru while no acknowledgement was made to customers in store.

Service sucks! Waited at the counter for a single chicken chalupa. Took 30 mins for someone to realize I was stand there waiting on it. Then was told that the order wasn't made by the same girl who too the order! ?
Only reason food is 4 star is cause every time I get the chicken chalupa it's cold, but everything else is always on

This is a disaster you have rude people at the nighttime shift I ordered food at 2 am threw the app my dasher gets there and messaged me saying someone picked up my food AND I NEVER GOT MY FOOD I called him and told him please put me on the phone the people didn’t even be nice to me or the dasher and said I gave out the food I can’t do anything and they didn’t even bother to ask me to remake my food THEY GAVE MY FOOD OUT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION OF IT BEING THE DASHER !!!!!! I call the store and it says it’s busy my dasher is on the phone because I showed him that my food was just being made WHAT THE HELLL they are rude I lost 36 bucks they didn’t want to do there job they didn’t do me a refund they said to call dasher support I did they can’t do me a refund only the store I never ever want to order delivery again they don’t check the orders they are lazy people and now my food is off to someone I don’t know where and I lost my money
