If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This place is definitely bias and hostile to non locals especially if you happen to be a well dressed senior. They will ignore you, not offer coffee refills, it takes 20 minutes of you sitting there before taking your order too!! Trashy, Rough, entitled very combative bias waitresses!! The WORST!

The eggs were good. Sausage was good. Toast was good. Home fries and grits were not great. I was excited for grits and these were a let down. Portions are huge, but just bland to me. What really aggravated me is we are sat down to eat, and they have roof work being done. The drop ceiling caves in in a section, and instead of ceasing work, they continue to bang around on the roof kicking up dust, and anything else that was settled up there. (Rodent droppings, etc) which is now floating around in the atmosphere as patrons are trying to eat.

so it’s basically a diner so judge it as such. Our food was good, I had the scallops platter, which was generous with a load of onion rings and coleslaw. The scallops were good, not great. The onion rings were good and the coleslaw was good, once again, not great. The service was good.
My wife had a chicken wrap with clam chowder and she enjoyed both of them. All told with all this food and we each had a beverage came to $48 which I think is pretty darn good. There’s nothing wrong with the atmosphere but once again I stress its diner.

Came in around 7:00 Pm. Usually at this time it’s pretty slow. It wasn’t which it happens. I do understand busy and short staffed. But one thing I don’t like is when you are waiting to be seated and staff walking by has seen you waiting but they won’t even say hi or just give us a bit we are a bit we are a bit busy. I have come here for years now and have never gotten this bad. Times has surely change when a welcome will make a difference.
Breakfast was good, quite large, too. I had the Denver omelet with home fries. My son had the kitchen sink & enjoyed it. We were so full, we didn't eat lunch that day. I liked the decor of antiques.

After a few visits, the place is exclusive. Very different experience for regular locals vs first, second or infrequent visitors. Little respect and no room for requests. They say there is no button on the computer for that.

The online system was down, however a phone would have been appreciated. Instead when I get there, I wait at the counter to be help when there were four ladies standing nearby just talking. The manager comes to the counter and says ”I’ll be with you soon.” She walks away as the other ladies are still staying around. Then she comes back and does something in the register, ignoring me and walks to the back to never return. I’m still at the counter waiting, when one of the other ladies comes to the register. I tell her I’m there to pick up an order and she notifies me that she’ll have to put it now since the system is down. Which I could understand, but the distasteful customer service caused me to no longer want to eat there. After all of the time just waiting and not much of anything being said. I just wanted my money back, especially since my food was not even made that was ordered over 30 minutes ago. I really like to support local businesses, this type of service is disappointing.
