Their burgers are always great except my fries were not fresh and not tasty. Everytime I order the staff are always unenthusiastic or just trying to get by with the next customer. I understand they have a lot of people to feed but at the same time they don’t make haste on the orders, they’re so slow! One time I had to wait about an hour and that was insane! I’ll still come back only if I have no other choice…

The staff is pretty unenthusiastic. They only speak with the fewest words necessary, and don’t smile or seem to care. They don’t even say “thank you” or tell you the total when you order. They treated me like I was a nuisance just for giving them business. They weren’t even busy.

I’ve tried this place a few times and they never have chicken. Last time I asked, the employee just grumbled “no chicken”.

The burgers and fries are bland, and the shakes are pretty thin. I tried ordering a malt to see if it’d be thicker, but it wasn’t.

If it couldn’t get any worse, I ended up puking a couple hours after eating there.

Not the worst burger place I’ve been to, but nowhere near the best and falls a ways short of decent. The only way I’ll ever try it again is if they make a hard 180 and I hear people saying it’s good.

Whatever the new leadership is did trying to make it better, they seriously fell off hard from any improvement they made. Your workers need to at least act sincere and be more attentive with production. I paid over $20 for a meal with a shake and got sick, and I honestly don’t think they’d care.

Fast, fresh and friendly! What more can you ask for? I got the Big easy with onion rings and a root beer. This is by far the best food I’ve gotten on this base. It’s a little pricey but you get what you pay for!

If there was a way to give a below zero rating I would. I have ate here a handful of times because it is really the only place to eat on base. Every time I eat here I tell myself never again. The service sucks every time. The most recent visit the cook doesn’t even acknowledge customers and when the cashier walked up he didn’t say a word and stood there texting. They are always out of main ingredients like bacon! I wish there was some kind of management to complain to because they could do so much better.

Over priced for quality. Setup looks like 5 Guys but small patties, frozen fries, and cold buns. Wife’s burger was on the too rare side. Limited options on post but didn’t go here

The food was horrible. I purchased a Big Easy, Hotdogs, a coke and a vanilla shake. In all, I paid 27.00 and some change. The burger does not taste good, tasteless; however, even then, I can taste something rotten or wrong in the burger. The burger is a pretty cheaply prepared burger. I'm not eating the rest.

The Hotdogs are a bun and a cheap skinny sausage. That's it. Nothing like the image. I didn't even know that sausages could be that tasteless.

The customer service is not horrible after they finally acknowledge your presence. I came here previously and left after no one acknowledged me for 5 minutes. I was the only one there. I approached the counter and waited. This time, however, they immediately came over to take my order. Ironically, it's busy today.

The New London Sub Base location is an embarrassment. The employees do not know how to use the loyalty program. They have no desire to move with any sense of urgency.The issue with the rewards has been ongoing for years, and I get the same response from both the location and corporate.This location needs to be fixed or closed so another fast food place with customer service and a competent staff can take its place.

The food is edible. Not something I’d enjoy eating on a regular basis. The soda was watered down. The fries were over cooked and tasteless.

The owner and staff always are there to make it happen. If it’s wrong and you propose that they fix it for you. Never had a problem with customer service.
