For some reason at this location, I ordered a bacon double stacked Burger I pay through my app I pay for extra onions and for extra bacon pretty much every time I donât get the extra Iâve complained and they tell me they gave me extra when they didnât. I donât wanna sound like Iâm griping, but this is happened at least 15 times I shouldâve learned my lesson, but I just came to the conclusion. They just donât care.

Went for late night food. Fries were burnt, got the wrong sauce, nuggets were just tossed in the bag, and window guy was rude. Just wanted some food to celebrate one of life's little wins and they ruined it. Would not go back.

There's blonde hair in my food. :( super gross and unsanitary, and impossible to get my long dark hair in a sealed container of baconator fries. Really disappointed, and it's 1:30am so if I went back it would be the same gross and unsanitary crew working until close at 2am. It's disappointing and disgusting.

Got a junior cheeseburger deluxe and a chicken sandwich. Both buns were stale. My hamburger didnât have lettuce. Itâs a tomato on it so it obviously wasnât a deal but I got the wrong burger. And they didnât give me a receipt. I went back to for them to make it right and there was too many people online so I couldnât wait. After already waiting in line, I didnât have time to wait all over again. All I want is dinner. What the hell. How hard is it.

The employee, a chubby Blanca, had a very bad attitude when I complained about food that was not served as usual. I bought it and offered it.

What a disappointment. I order 3 take out Wednesday Adams combos and when once at home, we found that not a single sauce was packed with the order. I contacted management using their App and as of today, no contact. I'll never go back there!
