We waited about 20 minutes for our meal. The chicken tenders came out cold. The glass of water tasted like chemical. They need to get bottled water or filter the water they serve to customers.
They need to get the kitchen staff better trained.
Went for lunch on a week day. Hostess was on the phone had to wait to be seated. A wait: to receive menu, get beer, order food and receive food. After server cleared some dishes waited for bill. Server was BSing 5 minutes with a customer leaving. Total time spent waiting a bit over 35 minutes out of a total spent there, one hour and 15 minutes.

Wood-n-Tap is a restaurant that offers a welcoming atmosphere with a beautiful setting, a large bar, and a great vibe. The service is generally excellent, making it a popular spot for diners. The restaurant features a variety of menu options, though the quality of food received mixed reviews. The ceasar side salad was delicious, with good dressing and fresh lettuce, while the calamari appetizer was disappointing, mostly broken into tiny pieces with more lettuce and peppers than calamari. The lobster grilled cheese had great flavor but was made on very small slices of bread, which was disappointing. The hickory BBQ burger was average, though Parmesan tater tots were excellent. Meals like the steaks and flatbread were enjoyed, though some dishes were a bit overcooked or burnt. The restaurant can get busy, but reservations are recommended to avoid waiting. Accessibility is well considered, with wide tables and attentive staff ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests. Overall, Wood-n-Tap provides a lively environment with good food and friendly service, making it a nice place to dine, especially when busy or for special occasions.
