We waited about 20 minutes for our meal. The chicken tenders came out cold. The glass of water tasted like chemical. They need to get bottled water or filter the water they serve to customers.
They need to get the kitchen staff better trained.
The food and drinks could not have been any better! Amazing! Our waitress wa perfect! The only reason I gave a 4 for atmosphere was because it was very loud but that could be just me. I wish we lived closer, I would go regularly! The prices were on target.
Ricardo was excellent, my fries were paltry and tasteless as I wish my blue cheese burger was, the meat didn't taste like beef, it tasted like it was well past it's expiration date.
The server offered us a free dessert and was very attentive, apologetic and somewhat embarrassed.
I can truly say that the food was underwhelming for a restaurant to be shown up by McDonalds.
If you order a 20oz Guinness don't let bartender try to convince...
