This place is really cool. It's kind of like if a bunch of vegetarian hipsters bought an old diner, cleaned it up, and decided to serve gourmet food. They have many many fancy seaming non-vegetarian options. But what drew me in was the sign that it was a vegetarian enclave haha. Definitely a few good looking vegan choices. I ordered a falafel pita, which was tasty and just the right portion size for a nice little lunch. Very friendly staff, very in tune to dietary restrictions....
Easy access from 95. Plenty of parking. Quick service. Excellent veggie-forward menu (which still has plenty of high quality meat options). Kind team seems to put a lot of care into both the vision and the execution. Kids loved the waffles and pancakes, adults loved the egg with butternut hash and the chicken pita.
