Somehow whenever I go to this and the Wendy's in Hamden CT, the fries and food are barely warm. Even the drinks are warm. You have to stir that up on the large cup of ice they give you to make your drink cold. You don't get greeted as other fast food restaurants do. It's with "can I help you" or my favorite, "Yesss." The mobile app is a joke. It takes half an hour to place an order, especially if you try to use any of your rewards. That whole...

I think this was the best fast food restaurant we have been to. The staff were absolutely amazing and the managers were very interactive with the customers. Everything was made correctly and fresh. We were very impressed with how clean the entire store was and they had many homely photos up.

Very clean, quiet, and the young man at the register was very nice. The only complaint is, they were extremely heavy handed with the salt on the fries, but the food it was nice and hot.
