So basically I went to Burger King and I was in line and there was a very fine man and then he came up to me. I was with my husband, and he was young. He gave me a note and I read it and it read “come to the bathroom for a fun time.” I love fun so I went! When I got in there, I got splashed with a bucket full of whoppers. Pretty fun if you ask me 😂. Anyway food was good I would come back!

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROBLEM SOLVING: Ordered through drive through around 8 pm went home to find that there was no chicken patty after taking one bite of the sandwich, around 8:25 drove back to the BK around 8:35ish. After nicely telling the employee at the drive through what was happening he insisted that we ate the patty which was not true. We were going back and forth and the employee was inconsistent on his words. It went from he made the order to his co workers making the order to him having to check if there were even any more chicken patties. Problem could’ve easily been solved by giving me a replacement sandwich or even using a discount of some sort to remedy the situation. Horrible problem solving and customer service that needs to be worked at in this establishment. Kept receipts.
