The delivery experience was frustrating. The driver did not speak English, which made communication difficult. They refused to deliver the order directly to my apartment door, even though I had already paid a tip. I had to go downstairs to meet them. This was inconvenient and disappointing.

Extremely unpleasant, unprofessional, arrogant service. The customer is not priority for this horrible excuse of a business. Female host/worker very dismissive and not willing to work with long time customers over order mistakes so they've lost business from here on out. The food was mediocre at best, which must be why I rarely saw more than 2 people in the place at once.
