Went to pick up food everything was OK as far as the food but the owner I assume was yelling and arguing with the wife I gather but that was rare I was ready to leave I couldn't believe it. The woman was so upset and the little boy was trying to comfort her maybe his mom idk but not business like surprised with them. I usually hear the bickering in most McDonald's. I'm sure it won't happen again they're human to.

The food taste mushy, their meat like orange chicken and general tsos chicken taste mushy, not crispy. Their pork fried rice has little to no taste. Their is a girl who takes orders who’s customer service skills are abismal. It’s terribly obvious she’s miserable. A simple, hi how are you? Is returned with a what do you want. She can’t wait to hang up the phone. Seems like they do not like getting orders or return customers. I do not recommend this place - goto pagoda Chinese in north haven which are excellent in taste and Top notch customer service with same prices.

The food is not the best but can fill a hungry belly . This is the worst restaurant for fried rice . They add no vegetables in the rice and make you pay a dollar extra for each vegetable . Total rip off and the daughter of the owners are Americanized so she has no manner or customer service .. it like going to McDonald’s with a bunch of rude teenage employees . They make business because of the location and being next to a school and play place .

Ive been going here for the past few years.. Iy never gets old! The food here is always great served fresh. Today i went to get myself general tso combo and it was delicious. This Chinese take in restaurant is the best in this area. If you’re in town you should come and stop by because the food is always great.

The daughter was so rude my food was cold. I asked for scallions and onions. You barely have any in my food the service very poor The young lady was very inconsiderate I was so pissed off with the daughter how she was talking to me she lucky I was in my uniform. I was about to go back and get my daughter it’s ridiculous. I would never go back there again, lack of customer service and very rude so pissed. I only live five minutes away from there. I thought I want to go back with my daughter they act like we owe them something if you don’t like it, go back to your country

Didn't even tell the customer his food was thereThey have their daughter working in there. She rolls her eyes at people and stare like someone has a disease. Don't waste your money or time
