Counterweight never disappoints. Ended a wonderful day with a Belgian Lager and some BBQ, and a beautiful black lab pup came over for a pet and a belly rub. Doesn’t get any better than this.

Awesome beers. Every beer I have had from this brewery has been a home run. I wish they'd offer growlers of their beers they don't have in cans, but that is a small gripe as they usually have a good selection of beers in cans. The tasting room also has an upstairs which overlooks the brewing facility and is also where they have a Koelschip! I look forward to trying some of their open fermented beers down the road.
Update 8/24/24: I brought a friend with me who is in the CT beer industry. He ordered a half pour and was told he could not order another half pour because that would be a flight and they do not do flights. When he went back up to order a 2nd half beer, they asked him if he finished his glass and were total douchebags to him.
Is the goal to lose sales and money? I'm confused. We left and that cost them at least 2-3 more rounds from us from this visit and have us questioning whether or not a return visit is even worth it.
This was easily the worst customer service I've witnessed in a CT brewery that is still in business. The law is 2 at a times so no excuse for that level of rudeness from 2 different.
I left my original 5 star review in the first paragraph and hope ownership has a discussion with the staff about how to handle customers. They seem to have lost their way.
As a follow up to the story leftby Counterweight below, I ordered a beer for me and one for my wife and walked away. The server literally said they do not do 2 half pours as that would be a flight. There was no mention of your policy to him. I've been to your place many times and that was the weireldest interaction I've seen.

Love the atmosphere, staff, and beer. Favorites are Crucial Mass and Workhorse. They also offer fun events like yoga, live music, etc.
New brewery to me, glad my customer recommended it while I was traveling. Tasty beers for sure!
My son and I went to their new location last week. Beautiful outdoor area and dog friendly, plus the beers are fantastic…. Highly recommended
