I ordered a sandwich for delivery not what I asked for then I felt like I had to beg to get my order correctly. This was my first and last time ever ordering from this place. They may have gained $13 of my money yet the potential business that would’ve have been is lost forever. I will make it my business to inform everyone I know to avoid this place at all cost. I just brought A two side platter which was supposed to come with shrimp and clam strips it was cold and I only got 2 Shrimp ? I also live two blocks down from the restaurant the person taking the calls is rude as hell do you not buy from this place again

I think I’m done with ordering from here - and I’ve been a customer for many years. This place has changed so much and it’s a hit or miss with how the food will be when delivered and always noticing a difference on the receipt versus what posts in my bank account - which means they are changing the merchant copy of the ticket I signed. The last few times I’ve ordered I always make the amount even so it includes the tip and always write a nice round number on the receipt - when it posts in my bank a few days later the amount is ALWAYS different most times being less than what I’ve written, which rips off the delivery person but this last time it was a few cents more. I don’t like paying cash for personal reasons but if I ever decide to order from there again I’m going to have to start. It’s illegal to alter a signed receipt and to process a charge for an amount other than what the customer signed. Also, if the restaurant is only a couple blocks away there should be no reason the food is ice cold when the customer receives it. I hope this place can get back to the basics - their food is pretty good, but service and ethics like this outweigh the taste of the food by far.

The service was really good. And the food came really quickly and it was so good.. Im definetly coming back when I'm in San francisco. Also the view is beautiful.

The Calamari dinner I received was cold. Not even a tad bit warm in the fish is seasonless no taste at all. Probably wouldn’t try from them on a good day.
