waited for over 40 minutes for a simple order when there were maybe 5 other people in the restaurant. rude workers who don’t care about the customers at all. worst dave’s ive ever been to. every time i come I have to wait more than an hour for simple food. most of the time orders are ready and no one is at the front to give them to people. terrible location

I want to lead with love and say the food here was amazing. Absolutely delicious. The speed of service though is absolutely horrendous. I waited in line for 5 minutes before somebody even came to the counter. I ordered a #4 to go. In the 23 minutes it took for me to receive my order, I witnessed 2 other customers waiting over 20 minutes for their food and 7 delivery drivers waiting at one time. When they came in the cashier would ask who they were waiting for and immediately say it’s not ready. A group of gentleman who ordered dine-in after me received their order. I didn’t understand because there was 3 of them, 1 of me, and I ordered about 10 minutes before them. When I went to the counter to inquire, my food was suddenly done. This store being so new yet the customer and speed of service being so bad is astonishing.
