Love this little bakery. My kids love stopping here for their pan de queso on weekends before going grocery shopping! The service is quick and attentive and the place always looks clean. Hope they continue having success, as Hamden does not have a lot of Latino/hispanic restaurants around.

We ordered calentado breakfast and the meat was awful. It tasted it like they just put it on the grill as it came out of the packet. No seasoning it tastes like blood. It was disgusting. On top they always charge a dollar extra when you pay with card and if you pay cash they has no change. Other food is good but they need to pay attention to these details. I think food tastes different depending who cooks soñé days is excellent other day is poor quality.

We have ordered $60 of $100 and on Friday, October 27, we asked for 100 because the 60 was not enough for the 6 people. That day I asked them about this, I did not make a complaint, nor spoke in a bad tone, nor scolded, nor shouted. , I just asked why and I told them that I hoped that the 100 would be enough. The girls who serve are very beautiful people and always very attentive. They deserve ***** 5 stars. Today, November 3, I called to order one of 100 and again made the suggestion about the size and number of people, and a third person on the other end of the line was too rude and said "we always put the same son**** problem" This comment from the gentleman left me very sad, because it is not always and because just for asking I got scolded. Listen clearly to his words, and the client, even if he is not right, is told see you later and come back.I just want to leave you a suggestion:The next time you are uncomfortable because customers always complain about the same thing, or make the same type of claim, be careful with the phone and don't say words that you shouldn't say into the air.Thank you very much again for your good customer service.
