We've ordered from this place for pickup and delivery many times. The last few times, they've screwed up every order we've put in online. Recently, I ordered a salami and cheese sandwich with lettuce and cucumbers, toasted. I received a COLD sandwich with salami, cheese, lettuce and pickles???? I even omitted the condiments so I could do them at home, and they screwed it up. It's not hard to make a sandwich correctly guys, especially one that has like 4 ingredients.

Great subs. Friendly service. A bit confused and definitely didn't get my order right but the sandwich was very good so i rated high. Spell it out to the staff and make sure they get it right. They are friendly but they are extremely unenthusiastic about their job. They have access to quality ingredients.

Jersey mikes opened across the street and line is out the door and only came here because chipotle next door had a long lineOne employee on duty at lunch timeThe bread is stale. And they have the nerve to ask for tips when you pay with card..So long dibellas

It’s a nice place and it’s warm, the chocolate chip cookie tastes like HEAVEN! The service was good but my family member specifically ordered lettuce on her sub and they didn’t add any lettuce! There was also barley any people so I don’t understand how they could forget, The steak looks like beef which was gross and the cheese looked weird, Not much competition for Jersey Mikes if you ask me.
