Constantly getting orders wrong, LONGEST wait times , NEVER have big straws for large drinks and the employees aren’t fluent in english no offense which causes alot of confusion

Literally was told I have to wait 7 minutes before they could take my order in drive through. I was the only one in drive through and walked to the front of the store and there were no customers inside! They don’t know the difference between light and dark coffee. I drive all the way up to Whitney Ave Dunkin just to avoid this one and it’s horrible service. It needs a complete overhaul! Don't waste your money here the coffee is bitter and all you will get is a hot cup of cream!

The menu says different prices than what they are charging. Highly illegal. And off by like 50 cents to a dollars. Smh

The coffees I ordered were correct, however the attendant by the name of Ranson on the receipt was less than friendly. That aside, when I went to pay for my coffee, I handed him a 50$ bill. He asked if I had anything smaller, so my friend was in the passenger seat, and I asked for a smaller bill, they handed me a 20$. When Ranson gave me my change I was shocked that it was only 1$ bill and some change as my total was only 8.86$. I said oh you gave me the wrong change, he goes you handed me a 10$ bill, I said it was a 20$, all people in the car could confirm. He said I rang it in as a 10$ bill, and I said I don’t care what you rang it in as, it is incorrect if you did that. He had no words to speak back to me, and I said I am not going to sit here and argue with you but that simply is not cool and left.

Has to be the worst dunkin ever. Order is always wrong. You will be waiting at the register to place for your order for literally 10+ minutes before anyone cares to take it. They are very understaffed and no management. I witnessed 3 people walk out due to nobody coming to take their order. This will be my absolute last time here

Disorganized. Placed a mobile order but they were out of multigrain bagels. Did not make the rest of the order and made no attempt to make a new sandwich with a different bagel. Left without my order and had to call corporate for a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would . Don't bother walking into this Dunkin because the employees all ignore you . They're only interested in serving the drive thru customers. No wonder why the drive thru is always packed because I'm sure they've all experienced the terrible counter service !! I will not patronize this establishment again !! Might as well close down the counter and make it a drive thru only ??‍♂️

Little grouchy kid in the drive thru took forever to take my order, then yelled at me when I needed a second to decide after they didn't have what I ordered. Patience for me but not for thee, I guess.
