Takes way too long on the line. I ordered one drink. Had 3 cars in front of me. Waited 30 minutes for one drink. I asked for a iced machiatto. She made a iced latte and tried lying to me saying that’s how they made the drink. The lady with the red or pink hair proceeded to keep trying to lie to me. I had to ask 5 time for her to remake it. Finally after back and forth she made it. And she still made it wrong…

Service is extremely slow here especially on a Saturday morning rush you will be in the driveway for 40 mins the minimum .Staff is not welcoming and have a l attitude and have no problem having you wait . This location need new supervision and more a staff ready and willing to work .

Sad that it is in convenient location but poor customer service and wait time for a large coffee is outrageous.

This place is awful and there’s always a long wait with no customers , food comes out cold or burnt black . Every time I go through the drive thru you can smell pot . Last time I went through and could smell it and went to drive up after placing my order and one of the employees was sitting in the steps outside the back door smoking a joint right next to the drive through land . I was in my car looking on my phone and taking a pic of myself and my kid who just came home from college two days before . The employee walked back into the store and then came outside and stormed up to my car window and yelled at me “excuse me , why are you taking pictures of me” , I told her I wasn’t and she stormed off . Maybe if she wasn’t doing drugs while working she wouldn’t be so paranoid . I know it’s legal in this state but while working ? I will never use this location again , not once has it been even an “ok” experience

I literally sat in the drive through for 30 min. This has got to be the absolute slowest Dunkin at no fault of the people who work there! There never seems to be more than one or 2 people working. I have even tried ordering ahead on the app and it’s never ready when I get there and I still have to wait 15-20 min. The workers are miserable and often rude but I can’t blame them, they probably are miserable!!! 😞

If I could give them no stars I would!!!The wait is ridiculous it doesn’t matter what time you get here morning afternoon right before they close!!!The wait is always long!!!im literally sitting here 15 minutes waiting for them to take my order and then another 10 for them to make my drink!!!There goes my whole break from work!!!!

I was here yesterday afternoon. I was the only one at the drive thru, worker said a moment, 10min past she still said a moment. I waited for another 5min and finally drove off, there was nobody ahead of me and I noticed through the drive through window that the worker was texting by the counter, had no care in the world. Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. Long extended wait times. It’s expected to sit in the drive thru for atleast 15-20 minutes at minimum. My order is never correct. If you’re in a rush, don’t stop here in the morning

I just wanted to say that no one should hate on the workers because they're literally understaffed. It's all the manager's fault and whoever owns the place. The last time I came in, there was only two people working in the mornings. So from 5am to 12pm (including brunch time which is when they get the most customers) only two people are taking orders from the drive thru, taking orders for people who chose to order inside, making food, making drinks, mopping, wiping, washing, restocking (coffee, tea, milk, cream, sugar, that sort of thing), it's no wonder why they're so slow. You can't blame anybody but the manager honestly. Dunkin Donuts has always been a popular place and if you're getting told that they have less people because they barely have business then that's WRONG. They are busy and there is a line backed up during brunch hour all the time. The manager just doesn't want to pay their workers and so he or she has one or two people running the whole entire store. Not to mention that they only have one person working in the entire store during the afternoons. Even though they close at 6pm, what if someone had a huge order because they wanted Dunkin Donuts for dinner? Exactly.

Super slow service. I ordered on mobile app, but had to wait for 10mins by the window for my order. Mind you, i ordered 3 donuts 6 munchkins and 2 refresher.
