Every single time I come to this Dunkin I have always felt welcomed, not only that this particular time I came in from a different Dunkin down the street from dixwell where they didn't want to remake my drink even after I just kindly asked him if they can just change it because it wasn't done correctly, I brought this drink to this Dunkin and also ordered some food because they were all out in the other dunkin' donuts and they kindly ended up even changing my drink...

I went and got a cup of coffee a little after 6 AM in the morning before work in the background the workers are talking about a fight that they witnessed or whatever talking loudly and the guy who handed me my coffee his finger nails were filthy that's not appropriate when you're dealing with people's food I'm just saying hygiene needs to be good especially when I seen it when you passed me the coffee and the nails were too long .
