I tried to buy from this particular franchise several times around 6pm the woman server has an awful attitude takes the order walks away and doesn’t come back, snapping as if she’s being bothered. “We don’t have donuts “ “ ice coffee machine broken” terrible! She can’t say she was busy, waited till she got off the phone, I was the only person in line.

Food was standard. I honestly just think they're disorganized. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a coffee. The drive thru got the most attention. Part of me can't even blame the employees as much as whatever systems this location has in place.
Tldr: go to the other ones on dixwell unless you're not in a hurry.

Waited in drive thru 12:50 pm for over 5 minutes and no one was working horrible service not even an acknowledgement or sign from Dunkin worker . I left to go to another one and everyone behind me followed.
Don't go here after 3pm. The evening shift are incompetent. They will mess up your order every time. Horrible horrible service
