Waited in drive thru 12:50 pm for over 5 minutes and no one was working horrible service not even an acknowledgement or sign from Dunkin worker . I left to go to another one and everyone behind me followed.

Be prepared to W A I T. Drive through service is ridiculously long wait times with nobody in the parking lot. No sure what is going on inside but its coffee and donuts people!! 25 min at 3pm on a weekday to get through the drive through. Again... be prepared to WAIT.. I am sure the hiring pool in this area isn't the greatest either as I never see the same staff or managers. Is what it is.

Disgusting. Both the employees and the establishment. Cheese wasn't even melted on the breakfast sandwichs. Food was nasty compared to other Dunkin locations. Beyond the food, they would rather keep the bathroom locked for paying customers then actually clean it. Establishments like this need to start taking a little pride and who they hire, instead of just hiring any schmuck who will take the job off the street. Every person there's attitude was horrible. It's summary: It's not my fault you work at Dunkin Donuts and can't stand it, it's called 'work' and not 'fun', for a reason. You don't take it out on the customers cause your "unfulfilled". Will NEVER return to this establishment.

I went here two weeks ago . Never again I have been going back and forth with the 1800 number due to them over charging me . Can’t get in contact with anyone tried to handle it in store and still no luck horrible service and they over charge with out giving you what your ordered. Gotta do better Dunkin .

Is this Dunkin going out of business? Why they never have anything that’s advertised. I have to travel to a further Dunkin just to get what is advertised. There’s never any refresher, no wraps, no nothing. This is ridiculous.
