Bad service.. coffee tasted burnt and hot chocolate tasted like hot water.. I ordered food, they repeated it back to me, then when I got to the window and paid, handed me the drinks I asked for the food and they said they didn’t charge me for it with an attitude… will not be returning..

Usually I don't have too much of an issue with this place but on August 1st of 2024 I was hungry so I headed over to dunkin and wanted to get a sandwich but they were out of everything but to be honest I think she just didn't feel like working, so to make my trip not a waste of time I wanted to order a drink but the women working had the drive-thru headset on and an ear bud in the other talking on the phone so she couldn't hear me so I left. Her attitude was also terrible I don't recommend anyone actually going there.

There is a woman who always attends in a very bad way. She is rude and arrogant with a terrible attitude. She is regularly working in the afternoons. They should fire her because she is too rude.

I am not a big coffee drinker, but I sometimes want a cup in the morning on my way to work, so I stop at this dunking and order A small French vanilla lite and sweet to go went I get to work and go to drink my coffee it turns out to be a small black coffee no sugar or cream it will be a long time before I go back there.

The drive-through is very slow! They take 10 min or more per customer. You end spending 30-45 minutes just sitting and waiting. Do not come to this location.

This used to be a great location. Service has always been good. I started going less when Dunkin changed the reward program (which now sucks). Now the last few times I’ve decided to go my drink has been awful. The last straw was today I ordered a macchiato and basically got a cup of milk. When I asked why it was so light she acted like it was normal. I’ve had macchiatos several times, many of which were at Dunkin and they’re not supposed to be that color. When I take a sip it should not taste like just milk….waste of money. Not to mention FIX YOUR POTHOLES. Why is your drivethru covered in crater sized potholes. Over it. I’ll go to Starbucks.

Worse experience ever. Lady in counter was alone and showed all that frustration on customers. No donut we’re on rack and when I asked her to bring the other rack to see what donut are available before ordering she got angry. Worst customer service. Will never ever come back here again.

1/4/2024 - Been coming to this Dunkin for a little over 2 years since moving in this part of town. Staff used to be THE GREATEST and I felt personable and comfortable. Since the changing of the guard, a lot of the people I used to see quit and they have not been properly staffed since. Today, I went in to order a coffee and a gentleman was looking to get a sandwich with his coffee. The girl with the extremely long braids was calling him to the register loudly saying, "You owe me money!" After hashing out a problem with his gift card, they tried to charge him over $11 for a medium coffee and sandwich when the sandwich is supposed to be 3 dollars when buying the coffee. Then they stated he owed 8 dollars to where he just asked for his coffee and cancelled the sandwich. After leaving I came back to get a sandwich. The price was $5.68. I gave the same girl with the braids $5.78. She took the money and closed the drawer with no change given back. I told her that I gave her $5.78 to which she asked me, "So you want 10 cents back?" While I didn't say it, the first thing in my mind was, "Yes, you owe me money." Can't say I'll be returning unless that girl is relieved of duties. Jazzy is awesome. The Caucasian young gentleman that works there is always polite and pleasant. The Spanish lady with the glasses that makes the sandwiches in the morning is also a peach. Too bad you have to be rated for poor customer service. You know what they say about one bad apple.....
