Today was it for me! I have wasted so much money in this store! This place can be filled up with a full staff and they still mess your order up three days in a row I have gone and asked for the $6 meal with no cheese on my sandwich guess what's in my garbage right now! Some of you are going to say why do I go there it's because it's the closest one to my house.but I'm done. I cannot tell you how many times I have stood in the store and watched the staff stand their complaining with patrons in the store about how much they hate their jobs they don't get paid enough for this they don't get paid enough for that such and such is on the schedule but they mad like really?? I'm so mad I used my last for this garbage !

Dont waste your time here. Just go to any other dunkin in the area. Only location that gives issues with ordering from the app. Was given the wrong order, was told I need to contact app to resolve the error.

it’s a super bummer not being able to go to the dunkin’s that are geographically the closest to me because they no longer sell pup cups, which is a decision by the franchise owner, not dunkin itself. i understand not wanting to give them away for free, but when i’m willing to pay and am still told “we’re not allowed to” anymore, that’s wild.
my pup and i are daily dunks customers. sadly we have to go to locations with a different franchise owner.
rethink this policy, it’s a bad one.

This woman burnt me and my sisters sandwiches, the cheese and eggs were stiff and cold, and on top of that she just threw our sandwiches in the bag BARELY wrapped up... the guy taking our order was great though.

There has to be one gentleman working the whole place. He was very kind and clearly working hard, but I waited at the drive throughout screen to order for about 15 minutes and then another 10 in line waiting for my drink. This poor guy, need more staff! Half of the drive through screen is also shattered and broken.

No TP, paper towels in bathroom. Waste basket full of napkins used as TP!! Disgusting and unhealthy!!?

TBH i don’t even leave reviews but every time i go here its a different problem. this time i ordered and payed for 2 croissants and got the cheap breakfast wraps with no protein. there is literally no way that could be confused for what i said. they need to make this place a grocery store or something.

Every Sunday this Dunkin dining room is closed when it says 600 am than they tell me to go Thur drive thru I don't have a car. This is the third time I wasn't able to get a coffee while I wash my clothes . They need new management and better workers that wanna be there to work and do their job I have seen them smoke weed in front of establishment .
