it’s a super bummer not being able to go to the dunkin’s that are geographically the closest to me because they no longer sell pup cups, which is a decision by the franchise owner, not dunkin itself. i understand not wanting to give them away for free, but when i’m willing to pay and am still told “we’re not allowed to” anymore, that’s wild.
my pup and i are daily dunks customers. sadly we have to go to locations with a different franchise owner.
rethink this policy, it’s a bad one.

This woman burnt me and my sisters sandwiches, the cheese and eggs were stiff and cold, and on top of that she just threw our sandwiches in the bag BARELY wrapped up... the guy taking our order was great though.

There has to be one gentleman working the whole place. He was very kind and clearly working hard, but I waited at the drive throughout screen to order for about 15 minutes and then another 10 in line waiting for my drink. This poor guy, need more staff! Half of the drive through screen is also shattered and broken.

I have had an issue where the associate could not hear me correctly due to technical issues which I’m pretty sure is due to the smashed display. My order was mixed up and now what I wanted. TBH i don’t even leave reviews but every time i go here its a different problem. this time i ordered and payed for 2 croissants and got the cheap breakfast wraps with no protein. there is literally no way that could be confused for what i said. they need to make this place a grocery store or something.
Every Sunday this Dunkin dining room is closed when it says 600 am than they tell me to go Thur drive thru I don't have a car. This is the third time I wasn't able to get a coffee while I wash my clothes . They need new management and better workers that wanna be there to work and do their job I have seen them smoke weed in front of establishment .

This place is ghettooooooooo. First and last time I'll ever go. Ordered my food 20 minutes in advance to pick up. I arrived at the pick up time they had no idea what my order was. Had to repeat my name and entire order about 3 times. They did not have the beverage I paid for then offered me something else which I accepted just for them to come back and say they also didn't have it and I would have to call corporate for a refund. Then I had to wait almost an additional 10 minutes while they made order ( 1 sandwich 1 donut) .... 30 minutes for a bacon egg and cheese is insane. People use the mobile order for it to be ready at that time- especially in the morning when people are accommodating stopping during their work commute. Staff had no urgency was just in there chit chatting.

Dunkin is the best place on Earth. It's like a little piece of heaven every time I walk in there. The smells the site's The sounds. My favorite part is the old people that sit in the corner for four hours every morning I wish I could sit in a corner for four hours every morning and drink
