I ordered three eggplant pizzas on cauliflower crust which comes in one size only-- small. That’s in-line with other pizza shops as well, so no big deal there and I do realize there’s usually an up-charge of generally around $3 extra per pie, although there is no mention of how much their up-charge price is on the menu. The problem is when picking up the pizzas I was charged over $30 per pie which is more than the cost of a large pie, plus I added a generous tip. Over $120 later for three small pies, I’ll never order pizza from Eli’s ever again. Shame on me for not saying anything at that moment. The pies were decent in taste, but I’ve had better.I understand Eli’s has a good reputation in Connecticut and their restaurant food is very good, but I just can’t support a business that gouges its customers for no valid reason. Let’s face reality here, the profit on pizza dough, sauce, and cheese is huge, but they’re taking over-charging for pizza to a whole new level of greed.

We stopped by on our way back home during a long drive. Quick friendly service. Plenty of seating. Clean bathroom with a changing table. Perfect pit stop :)

The remodel totally sucks! It was so much better with the booths and being waited on! Now you have to order your own food and get your own drink! We couldn’t even eat in peace as there were kids playing that game and being loudly obnoxious! The food is still excellent but the remodel is a total downgrade! Dark and dingy feel!

prices are sky high, $12 for two slices of pizza is ridiculous... maybe if their pizza was as good as modern or pepe's...but not even close...service is garbage, pizza is too greasy, fat guy behind the counter is very rude. recommend haven brew co across the street

The food is overpriced. Quality not so good for the price. Very greasy pizza. Chicken parm dinners are decent.

My husband and I wanted dinner, so we came here and the food was ok. My husband had a chicken parm sub, and I got a chicken Alfredo, but it wasn't all that. My husband complained about the sub too soggy and mine well... The noodles were too thin and soft, and too much Alfredo sause.

I did an ooonline order at 330 pm and asked for a pick up time of 430pm. I arrived at 425 to hear yea it takes a little while longer for calzones and the ticket doesn't print until 20 minutes before your pick up time. It's 450pm and I am STILL sitting here waiting for my order!!

I am not from Connecticut and as such I will never give five stars for it's pizza but honestly there are much better pizza places than this place and to add insult to injury the price was sky high. The calamari smelled but was passable. Literally the service was CT brisk and cold but that seems to be the norm for this area. Literally you can save money and have better pizza anywhere else. It looks very nice so if you are trying to impress a date then this might be worth it to you.Parking: Only six spots and street parking which was a nightmare. Good luck finding parking within a 1/4 mile.

Good food but their Hot Oil pizza is not as spicy as I expected. Otherwise I like their pizza.

Went in and got food pretty immediately (and we were sitting in, not take out).Servers were lovely and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend.Parking: The parking lot is right across the street from Eli’sKid-friendliness: Definitely family restaurant environment. The bar is next door to the restaurant. (So no rowdy crazies by your babies/kids). :)
