The best Chinese food in town. This is by far my favorite Chinese restaurant. Warning: their food is addictive.

I am a repeat customer and usually I don’t make a complaint about my food here but yesterday I ordered beef shrimp a broccoli combo with a side of chicken wings.

I was displeased with my entire order. Everything was hard and overcooked. I ordered this food for dinner since I work the night shift. By the time I tried to eat my food it was too late to call due to the business being closed and today was a busy day so I called them when I could. Usually they would rectify the situation right away.

They basically bounced me around from person to person on the phone and told me there was nothing they could do to help me so I throw it away in the garbage. Someone called me claiming to be apart of management and pretty much said the same thing the previous person said (that their was nothing they can do unless I brought the food back) I was so mad with the customer service I was receiving so needless to say it went to the garbage!

I live across town and work 45 min away. I don’t recommend them seeing as they don’t care about their customers or the quality of food.

Everything is decent in my opinion defintely not the best chinese food I ever have had but defintely not the worst either. I think as with alot if places there are some things they do really well and some things which are questionable. Their tofu is amazing. Their lo mien sucks pretty bad. As does Their boneless spare ribs. Fried rice is okay. I mean Their prices aren't too cheap either they've risen alot over the years. Their potion sizes are also on the smaller side. But I'd go back. 5hey accept card which is amazing !

Vegetarian options: Large veggie option and tofu also

Dietary restrictions: Not labeled

Parking: Difficult to park in front of bus stop no lot available

Kid-friendliness: Eh it's a take out spot there's one table though

Wheelchair accessibility: Ample and easy for wheelchair

This is the worst restaurant in New Haven. Canned mushrooms grey beef if you want bottom of the barrel quality you are in the right place. The absolute worst I’ve ever had

Ordered a half chicken and pork fried rice ( nothing special) chicken was bland with no flavor at all. Nothing like it used to be. Their steak and cheese egg roll tasted old and not fresh. Paid 15 dollars for that and that was my last time with that place

I ordered chicken wings with pork fried rice and I needed a magnifying glass to find the pork inside the rice. They give smaller portions inside of these new containers. They also gave me baby size chicken wings. I do not recommend this place at all. I will not be going back.
