My husband and I have been going here for years, probably over 50 times, and they are consistently amazing every time. The food is phenomenal, the flavors to some of these meals are exquisite. The service is always wonderful and we are treated like valued guests every single time we go.

Try them, it’ll be worth it…and definitely get the tres leches cake! Literally the best!

The food is beyond delicious!! If you want high quality this is the spot!! Beautiful restaurant, very kind staff, and the food is beyond words! Absolutely amazing! Don’t forget desert!!!

Oh my goodness… absolutely amazing!! Great atmosphere, the staff is very pleasant and accommodating, prices are very reasonable for the high quality of food! The beef short ribs were so tender and delectable, the fried ravioli with lamb was delicious, the grilled scallops were perfect, and my first time trying snails I was not disappointed! I would have given Ibiza 10 stars or more if I could! Perfect date night with amazing food! Love love love this place!!

Ibiza recently started offering brunch, so we stopped by to check out their new menu! There was a nice variety of both American and Latin dishes to choose from. Everything was delicious! Great mimosas, eggs, steak dishes, and authentic Colombian and Costa Rican choices as well. We were even impressed by their chocolate mousse and coconut passionfruit ice cream for dessert. The restaurant was bright and inviting, with friendly staff too. What a great spot in Hamden! We’ll have to come back and try their tapas sometime.

Visiting CT for work, client wanted to treat us to dinner at a favorite local place. The place had a great, friendly staff. We went through a bunch of random (server picked) small dishes and everything was excellent. Tried things I would have never ordered on my own so I’m glad we went for a variety. Next time I’m in the area, it’s a definite stop. Thanks P!

If I could give it six stars I would. We had several of their small plates and one large plate. They have choices for everybody with two full pages of menu items. Highly recommend.The beans and sausage small plate was our favorite; a little smokey tasting and oh so good.

Right when I walked in, the ambience was very classy and very comforting. The owner and the staff were so welcoming! Not only is the service the best service I have ever had at a restaurant, the food was absolutely DELICIOUS!! I am a seafood fanatic and I had the shrimp, clams, and muscles all in different, spicy sauces. The drinks were great and overall my experience here has made me recommend this place to all of my friends and family. If you are anywhere within a 1000 mile radius, I would recommend this place without a doubt!!
