On a trip from New Jersey to New Hampshire we pulled in for a bite to eat. The waitress was very attentive. The food was served quickly but my sausage links were cold when they arrived at the table. I brought it to the waitresses attention and she fixed it immediately with a fresh batch.

Terrible service… waiter (Malani ) was awful and it took 1 hr before they brought out my
Children food. Now everyone know if we order for the table the respectful thing is to bring all the food out at the same time, but not this location. The adults food came first and my kids still waited for just pancake. It does not take 1 hr for 1 pancake. I would not recommend this restaurant on a Sunday. The worst service ever.

The diner had friendly staff. The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, and the food, once it arrived, was quite good. However, the wait for our food was longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. Especially for breakfast eggs and sandwich which usually is quick

But they offered to make another omelette but the order came out very fast from the start and to my surprise there was hair in it

I live in Hamden,CT. I ordered breakfast online for my husband on father's day, right before getting off work. I tried to use the delivery option first because I was still at work. The delivery option would not work, stating my-store wasn't using delivery service at this time.I then placed a curbside order and when I went to checkout the website would not give me an option to pay, it only gave pay at store as an option. I get to the ihop and wait for the food. When approached, I was not greeted but asked what is the name of the order, then when payment was due; I pulled up my apple pay. The store said they refuse apple pay and online payments. I explained I dont carry my wallet to work and just came from work. I was told, "oh well, theres an ATM across the street." I then said, I'm sorry, I think you might have to cancel it because I do not have my wallet. They said fine buh-bye. I went to my car and called ihop, asking what is the owner's information, the store refused to provide and said we don't accept online payments, don't accept apple pay, someone in the back kept saying explain that to her just and put her on hold. then the woman says the manager said just come back and he will figure it out. I walk back in, the manager had a receipt with a QR code. I scanned it and it brought me to the website and my receipt.we went to enter payment information it would not allow you to put any info. Then the manager went and spoke with another manager. The manager said he spoke with a manager and they will let me apple pay but if its fraud I'm in big trouble and will have a HEFTY fine. This was said in front of 3 other people waiting in the to go area. I was so embarrassed, I said please cancel never-mind after that comment. I started to walk to my car and the manager was yelling at me, I couldn't hear what he was saying because I was literally speed walking from embarrassment to my car. I called ihop asked for owner info and how to file a complaint, the manager that I dealt with picked up the phone and kept trying to apologize for the comment.

I understand everyone's interactions are different, I understand ihop is a very busy place and workers are tired. People need to be conscientious about how we speak to one another. The comment that was made was unnecessary and hurtful.
