The manager makes the best sandwiches, hands down ??

My review has nothing to do with the employees. But I said the lettuce is yellow, so he changed it but the lettuce he took out was the same thing. But he still put it on. It's what he was supplied with! And the price is outrageous! I got a foot long and a half of tuna and paid 30.00!!! Never going back again!

First and last time going there just left there after spending 50 plus dollars and paid extra for bacon on my sandwiches and got home for no bacon on them and my cold sandwiches were all wrong also next time I'll take that little extra drive to branford never had a bad experience with them very disappointed ?

So I came to this location yesterday and got wonderful service immediately from Francine. She took my order, and then when the cook got it. He must have decided to do MAGIC. One of the best sandwiches I've had. It was custom as well. Famous Philly Mike's way.
It was so good and the entire staff was so pleasant, I came back today to order the exact same thing.

I used to work here when they first opened in January to February. I got “fired” because I was “late” & I have my time logs to prove I wasn’t late or even called out which made zero sense. It was honestly the worst experience ever as I literally was scheduled every week for 8 HOURS. Two 4 hour shifts a week. You get paid biweekly. Honestly if you’re looking for a job, this isn’t the place and save your time and gas. I miss the people I worked with but it isn’t worth it at all.

I am obsessed with their subs. The turkey with provolone especially. HOWEVER.if you want light oil you need to specify that. And watch them carefully. Otherwise it will be dripping in oil.

Terrible management, never apply there to work. My wife work there and because she asked for more hours to work. The manager Lucas fired her without no written warning he definitely had it out for my wife. She is a hard worker who opened the store and went way out of her way to make sure everything was done and prepared for opening but that manager didn’t want her there for his own bias reason terrible person. They gave up a decanted and responsibly worker so he can put himself with hours well over 40 hour week before it even started and leaves workers with some as little as 8 hours a week and man who takes advantage of his position and power to gain for himself terrible. I would never suggest anyone else to work there.

It was good for a while but the last order I placed was completely messed up. I placed a complaint with a receipt and didn't receive a response nor did anyone try to make it right.

Ordered a sandwich and a cookie. Only received a poorly made sandwich. I didn't realize counting to two was so difficult.Also the staff is unnecessarily aggressive with pick up orders. The app literally says to head to the mobile order pickup section and grab your food. An employee yelled at me "SIR, SIR, SIR! Are you picking up?" ... no moron, I'm here to steal someone else's meal. SMH

This place is by far the worst jersey mikes I have ever been too. The cheesesteaks are average at best and their tuna is terrible. The tuna was soupy and loaded with mayo. Also this place won't take 100 dollar bills no matter what. Get it together hamden jersey mikes!!!
