Tried the new nuggets for $6.29 (that's for the chicken only). What a rip-off! 8 tiny pieces of soggy, lukewarm chicken. Not crunchy at all, flavor was like original recipe but very salty. I was given 2 sauces, but one was broken open. Didn't need 2 because there wasn't much chicken to dip. (See pictures) I wasn't expecting much since this location usually sucks, but wanted to give them a chance to see if they've improved. As usual, they still suck. How hard is it to make chicken nuggets?Parking: Parking is easy because few people return. However, it's unsafe because of the crime in the area.

The service at this place is Garbage.they run out of wings at 11am and open at 10am and won't make more ,to the owner of kfc on dixwell Ave your loosing alot of business, it happens all the time, I wouldn't recommend this place to eat.

The staff is moving as if in slow mo movie. 5-6 staff and nobody has any urgency to take orders or crank out orders. Restaurant was nearly empty, no traffic. Just very slow staff. Did I mention staff was awfully slow.
food was beyond good nice and hot. chicken was crispy and flavorful. sides were nice and hot and macand cheese was on point. Girl that took care of us in the drive thru was very nice and well mannered

I always use drive-thru ,but I never had a issue or complaint with the service or food. The employees are always friendly and have my order together quickly . The food is what you'd expect nothing over the top just chicken and sides . I am happy they started making bigger boxes ,because two pieces and one side never satisfies my hungry boys .
