Awful tea. I may have put 75% sugar, but they gave 0%. The tea itself was literally bitter. Not to mention it took a while to get the poorly made drinks, because the staff member was having a full on story time with someone else. Would not recommend. Also the fish they use for the pokebowls look like it's been sitting there for days. -signed, a retired seafood manager.

Got two boba teas here. My son didn't like his first matcha so they remade him one for free. The teas look and taste great! Just make sure to stir before you drink lol

I stopped by here after a good experience at Looseleafs New Haven location. This was the complete opposite: the woman working there was kind of rude, and her kid was running around being obnoxious. The tables are sticky, too. Not to mention that they don't have all the food/drinks that were at the New Haven location. I understand that sometimes it's hard to find a sitter and that daycare is expensive, but this was completely unacceptable. I will not be coming back to this location.

The lady at the register gave me an excellent recommendation of the 50% matcha and 50% Vietnamese coffee with cheese foam on top. Delicious!! Also, my son had the banana fosters milk, which they told me the paste is homemade and the rum cooks out for flavoring. I sipped his and it was also delicious! We came here on another day and tried their seasonal mango cream. That drink was delectable! A must-try!!

Came here after the gym. Great place to eat for a post workout session. Healthy serving sizes, and food to pick from. Cost $37 for 2 bowls and a drink. Would recommend.
