1/1/2025 at 11:45pm. This has to be some sort of joke. I order a Quarter Pounder w/bacon and I get a burger thrown into a box, MISSING A BUN. Way to start off the new year. Crazy part is they weren't busy. It was deserted. How miserable do you have to be do fail at a very simple job WILLINGLY. Avoid this one if you value both your buns (no pun intended).

Make sure they give you the right order before you pull off because they won’t make it right if you don’t notice right away … tried to ask the manager to allow me to pay for the sandwich they actually gave me the next day and they acted like there was nothing they can do smh.. double cheeseburger tasted like grease as well

Waiting to get service in the morning. 3 people waiting to get there food. 1 woman and 1 young kid talking to each other in Spanish. Neither knows what they are doing. I walked out. Like I said neither one of them is getting food for those who are waiting. People trying to get to work and just horrible service

Between corporate profits, the abuse of American health, Inflation, I've had it.
When I want some fast food, McDonalds fries are the best, but to get an order of that and have a sandwich too, for the price, it's more economical to just get a pizza - real food. McDonalds is competing with holistic food, a meatball grinder is a better deal from a proper place.
Real food from somewhere that gives you a ton more of it? Or McDonalds who charges you the same amount for next to nothing, loaded with salt and fat, devoid of everything you could imagine?
I have no complaints about this site. I am militant about a $5 large fry that used to be less than $3, sandwiches that used to be less than $2 a piece.
McDonalds is banned.
I look forward to the Wall Street Journal articles stating that millenials have killed the fast food industry. Maybe stop sucking so hard as a business model. My family unit will not be a patron of this business in the future.

I know it's weird to review a McD's, but this might be the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Fries are always PIPING hot, veggies on the burgers are fresh, cool, never wilted. Food looks like in the commercials instead of the sad squashed thing you often get. It's like when people wonder why McDonald's are always better in other countries - this is the McDonald's-in-France experience, but in Hamden! Drive-thru is bizarrely fast and efficient; they always get my order right whether it's rush hour or 2am. I noticed the woman diligently wiping down my soda before she handed it to me last time. They're running the thing like it's a five star restaurant. It's almost a problem: they've got me eating McDonald's more often and feeling dangerously good about it.
