The customer service at this store is absolutely horrible the heavy set black girl with the glasses has a very nasty attitude every time she works. I called to tell them my order was messed up and she was very rude and belligerent. The manager was not available. They kept saying that they didn't know where he was or when he was coming back.

Two heavy set woman were there along with a tall skinny guy who kept leaving the store letting everyone know. They all were very unprofessional this by far was the worst experience. Food was horrible. What a waste. Chicken was dry and just gross. There was no corn at 8:30pm and was scraping the pans for rice. Lettuce was pink. Like what is going on at this location? Lost a customer definitely. Girl that took my order was rude . Didn't get a welcome a have a good night nothing. Just very rude.

A few minutes ago I ordered a burrito , where seasoned rice is the first ingredient and the main reason I ordered it, and they gave me a burrito bowl with absolutely no rice. I still can't make sense of it. I'm disappointed in the carelessness of it all. Make it make sense

I came and ordered a Tofu bowl on my way home from work. When I got home there was chicken instead of tofu. I called the restaurant the same and went in person the next day and they did not fix their mistake.
I got a bowl from this place at 650pm on 11/24 and omg it’s perfect. The chubby girl working made it just right thank you !!!

Moe's: It's like Chipotle, except delicious.
Vegetarian options: Tofu tacos, baby! Also, tofu bowls and burritos. But those tacos are something else.

We have been to this Moe’s a few times and they seemingly always find a way to not accept our rewards in the app, whether they “can’t find our account in the system” or their “system is down.” The customer service really lacks and there is no attempt to trouble shoot or be helpful. It’s really disappointing that, because of their lack of customer service, we will no longer be going back to Moe’s.
