A few minutes ago I ordered a burrito , where seasoned rice is the first ingredient and the main reason I ordered it, and they gave me a burrito bowl with absolutely no rice. I still can't make sense of it. I'm disappointed in the carelessness of it all. Make it make sense

I came and ordered a Tofu bowl on my way home from work. When I got home there was chicken instead of tofu. I called the restaurant the same and went in person the next day and they did not fix their mistake.

Moe's: It's like Chipotle, except delicious.

Vegetarian options: Tofu tacos, baby! Also, tofu bowls and burritos. But those tacos are something else.

We have been to this Moe’s a few times and they seemingly always find a way to not accept our rewards in the app, whether they “can’t find our account in the system” or their “system is down.” The customer service really lacks and there is no attempt to trouble shoot or be helpful. It’s really disappointing that, because of their lack of customer service, we will no longer be going back to Moe’s.

I should have left when I came in . One person was doing the food , talking WAY TOO LONG TO CUSTOMERS, the other one was in the back and didn’t bother to help when she asked for help cuz of the line.

Worst moes I’ve been to. Confusing lady that was handling the food at 1pm said moe meat moe cheese came as is so I said okay I’ll build my own bowl and with extra meat and like didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted anything else. Then tells me one thing and then asks again making me so darn flustered and confused. When you wind up confused and flustered of course you’re going to be like okay whatever, food came out to be so expensive and the food was so dry and disgusting . No flavor . Like she said home wrecker bowl I can’t add extra meat but why does the app let me do it !? Please explain .

Keep reading for the good part. Recently, my family has been struggling a lot financially. We used two gift cards to purchase meals for the next few days from this store on Sunday afternoon. When our order arrived, they were half full and drastically incorrect (no meat in either bowl and incorrect sides). We did not realize until later that night since we were trying to save the portions.On Monday (4/29/24) morning, I called the store to make a complaint. I was very upset and truly didn’t expect for my family since this was our only chance to have food in the house until my husbands next check on Tuesday.When I called, I was greeted by the sweetest person I have met since moving to CT. I believe it was the shift manager, I apologize that I did not catch his name. He validated my worry and listened to me. He told me to come down and he would take care of us. When I arrived at the store, I could tell exactly who he was before even saying hello. He was the person with the bright smile and A+ customer service and care to the customer in front of me.In a time of financial crisis this community and country is currently facing, I can say that the empathy he showed me made my family feel seen and heard. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. Truly sir, o hope you have the MOST blessed day.
