We regularly place orders with this establishment and have consistently been impressed with the quality of the food. However, our last three experiences have been disappointing. The stated delivery time was 35 minutes, but the first order took an hour to arrive. On this occasion, we experienced a delay of an hour and a half for one pizza, a small salad, and a 2-liter soda. We did not receive any email notifications regarding the delay. While I acknowledge that delays can occur, this has become a recurring issue. We were compelled to contact the establishment to inquire about the status of our order, and the representative informed us that they were experiencing a backlog and the pizza had not yet been dispatched. We were advised that an additional 10 to 15 minutes would be required. Unfortunately, no apology was offered for the delay. It appears that we will need to explore alternative options for our pizza needs.

I got introduced to the steak and cheese pizza there a few weeks ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. I got one the date of this review and I had to take a break to let people know. Don’t waste time and go get this pizza. Medium should be more than enough!! Sheesh!!
