The employees there are either dumb, incompetent or they are doing this on purpose. The last three times I went through the drive-thru they shorted my order by six or eight pieces of chicken out of the sixteen piece meal. There macaroni and cheese looks like it’s stale and a year old and the fries are always cold. I will not be going back to this location again. From now on it’s KFC for me.
Hamden, CT location: These young employees looked severely overworked. I didn't see anyone rotate out for a break, the long while that I was there. No one wore gloves. The floors were filthy. But even with all the chaos, none of the employees were ever rude, so I guess that says something 🤷🏾♀️
I must say the popeyes in Hamden is the best one around. Considering I have one in my town but the food isnt fresh there and the people arent friendly..so its worth drivn to Hamden to popeyes cuz they are friendly and the food is always fresh..great service no complaints..
