Service sucks they forgot a whole order then hanging up in people faces on the phone. Very unprofessional. Do better.
The food was ok. Extremely slow service, still... despite management changes and this time they barely speak English. I'm ok with that, it's just the dry biscuits we received.

When I placed my order the cashier was a nice guy. I ordered to go. The girl forgot my Mac n cheese and when I tried to get her attention she completely ignored me. The cashier got my Mac n cheese. Then I needed sauces, and forks for the food and the girl ignored me again. I told her I was missing biscuits and she said with chicken. Stupid me I didn't check the chicken box prior to me leaving. When I got home I did not receive the biscuits I paid extra for and the Mac n cheese was burnt.I called the store and a woman answered. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager. When I explained my situation she said " huh, um me no understand hold" a guy named Thomas came on who said he was a manager as well. I told him I was speaking to a woman who said she was a manager. He said yes she is a manager but her English is not well. He spoke to me as I was a friend of his in the streets. He stated he will write my name in the book and when I come back tell whoever is there my name and that I was in the book and there is nothing he can do unless I go back. The store is in hamden I live in New haven. Long story short, check your food and do not expect good service.

Inside was closed when we got there and It wasn't late at night. Had no fanta or Spicy chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese so I had to get the regular spicy sandwich. Fries were warm and not very crunchy & only redeemer was the woman at the window was polite.

Let’s see usually this popeyes is great but the last time i went in I spent 55$The chicken was soggy not crispyThe chicken tenders was soggyPotatoes and gravy was real watery and nastyThe rice and beans was bad even the biscuits weren’t right!Yeah I’d say i won’t be going to that popeyes for a long time it was messed up To spend that much and the food was straight trash ?️ !!!

Disgusting establishment. I was sick in the hospital for 24 hours with food poisoning and reached out to the “restaurant” to inform the manager of potential cross contamination issue/employee’s not taking necessary sanitation precautions and the manager hung up on my face. Tried to call corporate did not get anywhere. Would not suggest eating here unless you’re willing to compromise your health.
