Food was fantastic. Service was underwhelming. We stood for 10 minutes waiting for the hostess to show and when she did, she never acknowledged anyone waiting. Waiter was also not very attentive. Never even mentioned his name. Busser had more interaction with us and was friendlier.
Our son took us to Luce when we were visiting. A beautiful interior gives way to really fine Italian dishes way past the usual spaghetti and lasagna. I had the Veal dish and my wife had the Salmone. The chicken Parmigiano looked fantastic. Our waitress was impeccable with an authentic Italian accent. For special occasions or a quaint lunch, Ristorante Luce is a great choice.
Great local Italian. One of our party was injured, and the staff went above and beyond to insure her comfort. A pretty classic Italian menu, great comfort food for a chilly autumn night. Pretty noisy / lively depending on your perspective. Attractive dining rooms. Maria, our server, could not have been better, friendly and attentive.
