A very rude we stopped in one day and they had no way stuff. OK I understand they never rehire them from Covid. Got it but I order from home some days to deliver. I just called now and said oh we don’t deliver well you do she said no we don’t I’ve had delivery two days in a row. I’m not understanding. Do you guys just go with whatever you want at the time this isn’t right so I’m not ordering for you and I’m gonna suggest nobody else orders from you anymore.

The pizza’s pretty good. It’s a great place to go if you need a quick order of pizza for a gathering with friends. (I would recommend takeout; there’s not much room inside.)

A great meal. You need to know that since covid, Sergio's does NOT have table service. You order at the counter and it is brought to your table. But for a casual dining experience the food is top notch. I highly recommend for good Italian food.

The pizza was ok at best. We ordered a Hawaiian with red sauce and a Primavera with red sauce. The order took 40 minutes to complete.
The Hawaiian pizza had very little flavor. The toppings made me think of canned pineapple and the ham slices you get from the refrigerated section (i.e. the quality below deli meat).
The Primavera pizza had very little flavor... except garlic. I was only able to eat a couple of slices before I needed a break.
On both pizzas, the sauce had no flavor and was barely noticeable. The toppings slid off the pizza slices very easily.
We ordered some key lime pie for dessert. The whipped cream was bland, and the key lime part was gritty and tasted like it might have been spoiled. We took a couple bites and threw it away.
I would not recommend Sergio's Pizza for the pizza.

We ordered a small Hawiaan and small Primavera pizza. They looked good, buy that was about it. Liked: - crust Disliked: - sauce. Very little of it and bland - Primavera pizza was overwhelmingly garlic. It looked like someone used minced garlic and put more of that on the pizza than sauce - toppings. Pineapple was canned and ham was very low quality (think cheapest stuff you can get from a grocery store) - eatability: all the toppings slide off the pizza when you tried to pick it up. Somehow even though the crust was crispy, the pizza was soggy!
Finally, we liked the way the desserts looked and got a slice of the key lime pie. The whipped cream was bland (no sugar?), the filling tasted off like something was spoiled, and it was gritty. We took 2 bites and threw the rest away.
Overall, this was a disappointment. Don't come here for the pizza!

Great family run local restaurant. Hot sandwiches are huge and a good value. Pizza is on par with local New Haven. I’ve never tried but they have a large selection of great looking deserts/treats as well.

Every time I order food for takeout the lady that answers the phone is rude. She’s never friendly and doesn’t seem to appreciate the business. Also the chicken quality is very on and off, one time I’ll have a cutlet and it’s great. Another time it’ll be super chewy and rubbery. The atmosphere in this restaurant is weird, it’s definitely more of a takeout place.
