If they changed the sauce and cheese to something that's better quality, this place could have potential. I gave them a second chance after several years, and nothing changed. The marinara and pasta sauce is truly terrible. And the ricotta is watery in the calzones so the consistency is really off. How does that happen?

No Stars!!!I have ordered multiple times and Every time it has been worse! On top of that the guy is rude and won't refund your money!!! They're disgusting and they are not customer friendly at All!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to a Dog!!!

Good crisp on the crust, great prices. Really, my only complaints are that there was a ton of grease and because of that, you needed to add some parmigiana, garlic salt etc but overall delicious, crispy and a great price aka the three most important things.
Always get this pizza, the last couple of times has been soggy. So disappointed. But I always go back because I grew up with this pizza. Today is the last time. Ordered through slice. Got a extra cheese medium pizza and a pasta meal with extra meatballs. The pizza was burned on the crust and basically cheese with burnt bread. The pasta was fine but definitely didn't get my extra meatballs, that I was charged for. I messaged Slice to at least get a refund for the pizza, they said that's how they make pizza and that was that. Disappointed in Sorrento's food lately and this will be the last time I order from them.
Pizza is very very very very greasy and sometimes burnt I had the veggie pizza there and it was so soggy and greasy yu can soak it up with A sponge and use it use it to change your oil in yur can and still have some left overs for yur hair what they do soak there pizza in A grass bath but the food is very Good we order from there all the time the dinners are great sometimes the delivery people are late but they stay busy who ever is taken the ores has A heard Job but they do ok

I didn't really go into the restaurant I called in for my order to be delivered order a half cheese and half sausage order a large it had to be the worst Pizza I have had since I've been eating pizza the last three times I ordered from there it has not been good at all this used to be a very good pizza place I don't know if they change ownership or change chef but one thing I do know it's not a good place to eat anymore I wish the quality of the food would return

Good experience with Sorrentos. I had a large order of 14 pizzas. They arrived at the expected time and price was reasonable for extra large pies. Pizza was tasty as well.
