11/23 at 6:30pm ordered Iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso , received a cup half full , not even full to the rim , so bitter , no cinnamon. Tipped the worker BTW , Went back to the drive through to ask for it remade but the worker gave me that Gen Z stare and had an attitude just for politely asking for it to be re made .Thanked the worker for it being remade but he did not respond. Never had a bad experience at Starbucks until this one

Waiting 20 minutes on a Carmel latte is crazy. It’s bad enough when I placed the order you didn’t have what I wanted but to be sitting and waiting 20mins just made it worse. You guys worry more about the drive thru than the inside. Definitely under staffed that’s the only reason I didn’t give you guys a 1 star and you got 2. Don’t have to worry about me coming here anymore, I’ll just get my Starbucks before I make it to Hamden.

25 minutes in the Drive-Thru is diabolical

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The drive thru line always takes about 20-30 minutes. You’re never greeted properly at the drive thru speaker or the window. The workers will be talking on the phone or have an ear bud in talking to someone and won’t say anything to you or go “uh huh”. Worst customer service

This should be a 0 star establishment. They denied me a cup of water unless I made a purchase. At first I ordered a chai latte, understandably, they were out of chai. The lady was rude when I asked for a cup of water and she informed me I needed to buy something if I wanted a cup of water. So I did, regretfully. Then I waited for my two drinks for 15 minutes. I had to leave before I could even get my drinks due to an appointment. You could not get their attention for anything. I think their rating is too high.

Stopped in for coffee and sandwiches and expected a very long wait due to the number of cars and no advance ordering, but the team at this location is superb and turned orders around d quickly and with a warm, welcoming demeanor. The manager in particular was so on her game and mindful of each customer. It is also clean, bright and well laid out.

I usually don’t leave reviews for Starbucks, but I was waiting so long I had time to email the manager, Mel, and look up the reviews on Google to find out this is a three star location. As I told the manager one bathroom is just locked. I assume that’s what the employees use? The other bathroom has no toilet paper or soap and is an absolute mess. That’s a little disappointing, considering most people stop at these places for the restroom and drinks

I was told upon arrival that the registers aren’t working and I had to use the app. The store was not super busy so I figured that’s no big deal, five minutes later the next customer is greeted at the register and able to order. Pretty chaotic and pretty dirty and none of the employees in friendly.

I visit different Starbucks on a daily basis and This is definitely one of the lower tier ones I found.

Worst Starbucks in Connecticut. They never have the nitro cold brew, the staff is cold and unfriendly and move like glaciers. On the contrary, the one in North Haven on Washington Avenue has exceptional service.

This place is a mess. They close the drive thru about half the time- no warning or explanation. 95% of the people there are so rude. I’ve tried to politely get their attention multiple times and I’ve been completely ignored, clearly on purpose. I only go there because I can get coffee while I have sleeping babies in the car, and it really sucks when I have to just abandon my order because they can’t be bothered to open it/don’t disable the option on the app.

The person in the drive thru was half-listening. She asked about my order and while I was giving her my name, she was talking to someone else. I guess she forgot to turn her microphone off. She seemed annoyed when I had to repeat myself. If I spend money at this store, the least the person can do is pause for a few seconds and listen attentively. Very disrespectful and very rude. Please train your staff to value every single customer!

I have to typically wait 10mins for a coffee, this is an under staffed location where they never greet you and are focused on serving drive thru customers. The ones who walk up to the counter just stand and wait.

Drinks are usually made correctly,most of the employees are very friendly but oh my godddd if the drive thru moves any slower .... 9 times out of 10, I'm in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I need to just start going inside but I shouldn't have to.

Awful- if I could give no stars I would. The filter here is terrible. The staff is actually mean, I’m sorry I ordered a coffee? That I repeated 5x and it was still wrong but yet somehow my fault? I’m all about customer service, it’s the most import part of business. This store I have never seen anything like it. Minus one guy who’s kind but I’m pretty sure he quit. It’s a new store and the screen is broken so you can’t see your order and many times I’ve gone the drive through was closed or better yet the whole store was closed. It’s unfortunate because it’s convenient but instead no. Haven and Cheshire are so kind and actually greet you. This store needs a complete flip.
