I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. First off, they had the fridge covered, so you couldn’t see the ingredients, which made it difficult to know what was available. I specifically asked for lettuce and other veggies, but they told me they were out of stock, which was quite frustrating. On top of that, they refused to accept a valid coupon I had, without giving any clear explanation. Overall, the service was poor, and I left feeling very dissatisfied.

unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience at my local subway. It is not posted anywhere that they do not take coupons, and if it IS posted, it is not in a visible place at all. I was told they do not take coupons because, and I quote, “the rent is too high”. I called the owner, Julia, and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful and when I advised and requested it be said and VISIBLE that coupons are not being taken, she got very angry and irritated with me. She was very argumentative and disrespectful to me.

I liked the sandwich, but there is no sitting arrangement. You carry your food and eat it in your car. Restroom was also closed, not available for customers.

The counter associate was patient while I decided what I wanted to order. However, she gave me another customer's order. Since I did take out to eat later at home, I did not see this. Disappointing. I will try again at some point.

It’s 7 am and doors are locked, says it’s open at 5 am so I came to get sandwiches for a trip and I’m highly disappointed. The lady is in there and seems to be getting things ready but won’t acknowledge me. Poor service also really inconvenient!
