The Manager of the store throwing subliminal messages on her instagram to former employees managers that I know. We was sitting in the parking lot for a few minutes and we tried getting food after we was going to pay for and the guy was like we out of beef, and my friend said no your not because the people in front just ordered a Crunchwrap and they didn’t say it was out. One of my friends open the window and said “make my food stop playing” and one of the managers who was a guy walked out and basically tried to threaten us and he said “say that again don’t be scared now”. And also they locked the front does and people was trying to get in at 12, they don’t lock the doors until 3:00but they boys on shift wanna act petty and lock everyone out. I have video of someone trying to get in, I ask one of the guys who was trying to get in is everything ok and he said “No they didn’t give me my damn cheese sauce this place sucks”. We sat in the drive-throu for hot minute and we he saw us he was like “ya gotta go” even tho we wanted to buy food so we sat there for 25 minutes because they we’re too busy talking to each and not making the food for customers, there was a people behind us and in front of us still at the window waiting for their food. if something doesn’t change then somebody has to take them to court because the lies, unprofessional and disrespectful employee these people have towards employees and customers is ridiculous.

Rotting Devils

I’m submitting this anonymously because I’ve seen ongoing unprofessional behavior from the manager Angaleea Scott at the Taco Bell located at 2320 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, CT.

Every time she’s working, she’s yelling and screaming across the restaurant, speaking to employees in a disrespectful tone while customers are right there. It’s extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

During my visit on 11/13/2025, I witnessed her using her phone while wearing gloves on the food line, then continuing to handle food without changing them. That’s a clear food safety violation. Also, she was wearing Crocs and sometimes Yeezys while working— which I believe goes against the store’s safety and dress code standards.

It’s clear she’s not setting a good example as a manager. Her behavior and lack of hygiene standards make customers not want to come back. Something really needs to be done about this. I hope this gets looked into seriously, because it’s been happening too often.

Awful experience, they simply don't care about costumer service, the girls that work there are evil with no respect whatsoever, we have been there 3 times and every time they screwed the order or simply overcharge you , they are simply not nice or kind. They should review the way they treat people, they should take a class from Chick Fill A!

They consistently give regular Pepsi instead of Diet or Zero. I’ve lost count of how many times it’s been, and I kept going back like a fool. I won’t be anymore.
This is so incredibly careless considering there are many people who don’t eat sugar or are diabetic

This Taco Bell Location in Hamden CT everybody who works there needs to be fired and replace immediately because of their disrespectful attitude. They are disrespectful. Immature don’t have no class and curse and disrespect customers all the time even they disrespect people who come there to get their orders from different food companies like Uber and DoorDash the manager is very nasty and immature and a disgrace they need to be closed immediately or they need to fire everybody in here because somebody seriously gonna hurt one of those individuals for what comes out their mouth and how they talk to people that’s what I fear for when it comes to those people and how they treat people in a disrespectful manner. On top of that, I will be filing a complaint with corporate They need to fire every individual involve in this situation who works for Taco Bell. They need to be gone. Cause nobody needs to tolerate that.

Absolutely horrible, the staff is very unprofessional, all they do is play around and throw food at each other. I’ve been there twice to pick up an order for Uber Eats, and i literally stood there for 20 minutes and no one attended to me, i finally asked for the order and they completely ignored me and continued servicing the people at the drive thru. It seems like online orders aren’t a priority to them, every time an order for that taco bell pops up i deny it, it isn’t worth the headache. Please avoid this taco bell.

Good food, and it was very clean inside. I didn't rate much on the service because you ordered your food on a kiosk and didn't have much interaction with the staff until your name was called to receive your order.

absolutely horrible experience overall. stood there to order, since i had cash, for fifteen minutes. mind you there was absolutely no line in the store and i was there at 6:30pm. after waiting fifteen minutes to order i finally spoke up and ask for assistance and the girl at the drive through window said okay give me one minute. she then made me wait five more minutes. after i finally ordered my food i waited an additional 15 minutes for one cheesy roll up and one stacker. the service was horrible and the quality just as much. i will not be coming back to this taco bell. this is the only one o every have issues at.

If I could give zero stars I would terrible terrible service. I wouldn’t come back here if it were the last and final Taco Bell on earth. That’s just how terrible service is. The whole staff seems to be young kids who could care less about being there and are super rude and disrespectful. Got the drive through window slammed on me about three times by the redhead girl that works in the morning. I didn’t have an issue or an incident. She just gave off a rude demeanor and slammed the window three times just unnecessary. She forgot her mic was still on while I was in the drive-through and I heard her talking a whole bunch of junk because I ordered two items and pronounce the name wrong boo-hoo. Nobody likes to have to get up every day and go to work in order to pay your bills, but at the end of the day it’s something everybody in America has to deal with like it or not they should probably change their attitude and take even the slightest amount of pride and what they do and it probably would result in better service to customers and better ratings but then again y’all probably don’t care. This is a quick stop job for these young kids And they don’t give a damn.
