The food was 🔥- so delicious and high quality. The vegetables were delightful. The steak was tender and cooked perfect. The chicken was also very delicious. I like how you can pick one or two proteins to mix it up. We also got the chicken egg rolls and they were so good, not too oily. Also, came with really good sauces, like Sriracha chilli sauce and extra teriyaki sauce. You can sign in and earn points.
Definitely cost effective and if you are trying to eat healthy you can remove the rice; which I appreciate. 💯 out of 10 we would eat here again! 😋

Food is good for a quick in and out fried rice bowl however I would recommend lower the main menu way too high, looking basically at a 70 degree angle to see it

Front counter was abandoned. Stood there for about two minutes before I was acknowledged. Not a positive customer service experience.

Understaffed. Expect to wait a loooong time. Food is very good. Service is a disaster. Lunch rush, only ONE EMPLOYEE. Nobody to staff the front end. The ONE employee is cooking & handling the front. DoorDash guys waiting 20 minutes. My large Catering order ($500)is over 30 minutes late and counting. Employee said somebody called in, and nobody available to fill in. This is the 4th time catering order has been over 20 minutes late. I won’t order from this location again. Ever.

The food was quite good, though my wife found her rice a little sticky. I suspect some extra sauce would help cure that. We prefer the noodles option when available,.

Food tasted alright but was not anything special. Fried rice looked and tasted like it was white rice that had sauce thrown on top with 1 tiny egg piece thrown in. Waste of extra add on. Portions are bad for the price especially if its 90% rice even with the ad on for extra meat. 20$ for this is wacky i will not be back.

You stand at the counter and they are in the back no one says I'll get right to you or give us a minute. No type of acknowledgement. Will never return again

The service here is terrible. Restaurant closes at 9 and the doors are locked at 8:20 with associates that have an attitude that we are at the restaurant waiting for food that we ordered online. The guy that was cooking was very apologetic, but the girl at the cash register was not very friendly or polite at all. There are many other options in the area over here and next time I will go to a place that appreciates my business.

Staff sucks, I was standing in line to place an order and no one was at the counter, stood there for 10 minutes and 2 people kept on looking but didn’t help, it was going to be my first time trying it,

The lobby is dirty. The cashier just it’s at the table on her phone until someone comes in and walks up to the register. Why isn’t she cleaning the lobby before deciding to sit? Doesn’t greet customers. Sticky old dried up soda left on the counters by the drinks. Maybe it’s tea? The floor hasn’t been swept. Garbage under the drink machines. Absolutely terrible. Made me think twice about receiving my order or not. Is the kitchen also this dirty? Not sure if I’ll be returning. This was my first visit. Unfortunately it was a mobile order so I couldn’t just leave. Likely my last visit.

Food was hot and ok. Panda Express is better. The restaurant was dirty and the employees didn’t care. We were the only ones in the restaurant for nearly an hour so no excuse for it being dirty.

Absolutely love this place! It can be hard to find safe gluten-free options, but Teriyaki Madness in Hamden makes it easy. Their gluten-free selections are clearly labeled on the menu, which gave me peace of mind right away. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with any questions.
The food tastes amazing, fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. I tried the chicken teriyaki bowl with gluten-free sauce and brown rice, and it was delicious. It’s rare to find a fast-casual spot that takes gluten-free needs seriously without compromising on taste. Highly recommend this location!
