The drinks was well made, good beer selection. One of the must try are the birria!
Sad little pub with sad little clients, mediocre "food", and a few lousy beer selections. Soon expected to be out of business; best to avoid.
Our favorite place to go in Hamden. The food is always delicious. They cook one of the best pork in the area. I don’t think I will ever get bored of eating here.
Oscars famous "made to order" Guac was served freezing cold out of the fridge with stale chips? should have just left at that point but ordered my meal anyway. The Mahi Mahi tacos were ok but the lime wedges served were so old and cold when squeezed produced no juice at all. My fiancé asked for passion fruit margaritas and twice got the original even the bill stated passion fruit. I asked for extra napkins and they were thrown at me over my shoulder when i wasn't looking I've heard good things but after my experience i won't go back and for $111.00 i was really expecting better I'll just stick with Mikro which i know is always amazing!!!
I won a gift certificate to Texiko but they would not honor it, after bar tender laughed at me, he then said that he'd make up for this in another way.The bill came and nothing.
At at the bar and had dinner. The drinks were awesome and the bartender was friendly and made excellent suggestions. Dinner was great.
One of the best Craft Beer bars in the area. Great Southwest inspired food and BBQ.
This place has a great atmosphere! Everyone I have ever had the pleasure to interact with has been fantastic! Don’t forget the food, it is amazing! I have traveled the country in search of great barbecue and this establishment is the best in the area! I only wish their hours were better but I blame Covid for that!
My husband and I really enjoyed this place for date night. They have several tables for comfortable outdoor seating. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Their poutine was great and the sauce on the Mexican corn was amazing - limey and zesty and cheesey. We came a few years ago and had been a little underwhelmed by their portion sizes at the time, but this time we had a great experience with great food and great staff! Will definitely be back!
Always enjoy the atmosphere at Texiko. Had my usual Oaxaca with the devil drink but tried a special called Georgia Flame, yum ? Drink menu attached

Had a great time tonight. Food and drinks were both excellent
The food was bland and unappetizing. I had to shout to get someones attention for our drinks. There was only four of us in the place. I won't be back.
Texiko Tequila Bar has amazing food and a really great tequila list and the staff is so accommodating and nice it’s definitely a place I would recommend all of my friends too!
I was hesitant about this place because I’ve seen too many tequila bars that try too hard and their food is awful.BUT THIS PLACE. It’s sooo good! The inside is pretty small and the outside has a couple of tables, but the vibe and decor are great. The bartender was really sweet. The margarita was amazing. Not some bottle margarita mix. I ordered a spicy passionfruit margarita and it was SUPER SPICY. Warning for all those people who can’t handle real spicy. The tacos, albeit pricey, are well worth it! They pile on the meat and it’s flavorful and tender. I didn’t use any hot sauce on my tacos which is super RARE ? But these tacos had the right spice and seasonings.Double tortilla. No stupid orange shredded cheese. These are the makings of a real tequila bar. However, I will say that the rice and beans aren’t the best ? If they nail that down, then they’d get a 5⭐️
Great drinks and beer. Food is awesome!
